About the author (2015)

J. A. BITTENCOURT has a Ph. D. degree in Physics from the University of Texas at Dallas (UTD), and has published a large number of scientific articles in international scientific journals, at the level of knowledge frontier, particularly in the areas of Space Sciences and Plasma Physics. He has dedicated, for a long time, an especial interest in the study of nutritional science and the biochemical effects of the many nutrients in the human body. He is also graduated in Chemical Engineering and is author of the book Fundamentals of Plasma Physics (third edition, 704 pages) published by Springer, New York.
